The time has come, we can wait no longer
It’s the Spring,
NY in its finest,
we are ready and able
for the smells, the sales, the streets, the attitude
the bacon, the bagel, the new hype in the neighborhood
so we’re coming
and you’d better not be out
because we miss’ya
we want to see’ya
isn’t that what friendship is all about?
Well, we always knew that it is not easy to have two beloved homelands.
ReplyDeleteI personally was most convinced by appeal of the bacon, the bagel and likes.It very much reminded me of a young lady,in a market in Athens who was persuaded by the smell of the shawarma on the grill to come home instead of going on with the trip to the Far West.
So ...have a great trip now, and come home until the next one...
